Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Specialized Cleaner to join our team at NCG Cleaning Services. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Clean and polish interior and exterior windows, as well as other glass surfaces, to a high standard.
  • Vacuum and clean floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Apply wax and polish to floors to maintain their appearance and durability.
  • Shampoo upholstery to remove dirt and stains.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and tasks.
  • Be able to lift and move heavy loads, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work a regular 36-40 hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
