Job Title: Specialized Cleaner

LuckyVilla Building Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Specialized Cleaner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including chemical cleaning equipment, pressure cleaners, and pressure washers.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in industrial settings, handling heavy loads and working in physically demanding environments.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with cleaning equipment and in industrial settings.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
