Job Title: Specialized Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialized Cleaner to join our team at NCG Cleaning Services.

Job Summary:

The Specialized Cleaner will be responsible for operating cleaning machines, washing and cleaning interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces, vacuuming floors, waxing and polishing floors, shampooing upholstery, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces to a high standard.
  • Vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wax and polish floors to protect and enhance their appearance.
  • Shampoo upholstery to remove dirt and stains.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
