About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize distribution routes and processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
  • Manage relationships with 3PLs and internal distributors to optimize logistics operations
  • Develop and implement performance indicators to monitor and improve logistics processes
  • Plan and coordinate distribution activities to meet company expectations
  • Monitor market rates and negotiate contracts to ensure profitable and efficient partnerships
  • Implement efficient management tools to streamline logistics operations
Requirements
  • University or college degree in operations management, logistics, or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • At least seven years of relevant experience in distribution and logistics
  • At least three years of experience in the food industry, fresh products
  • Excellent knowledge of the food industry
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and Excel software
