About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Patrick Morin inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Inventory Management

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal stock discrepancies.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.

Problem-Solving and Quality Control

Identify and resolve operational issues, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Health and Safety

Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Work Setting

Experience working in a retail business or hardware store environment

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
