Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality food, and a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems to manage food preparation, inventory, and supply chain logistics.
    • Coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development programs.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
