Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our food and beverage operations.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking
