Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be standing for extended periods, walking, and working in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
