  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Siebel and Oracle systems, addressing issues related to aging code, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Development Oversight: Oversee the development of new software solutions and enhancements to existing software using best practices.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that all architectural designs and implementations adhere to the organization's security policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
Requirements:
  • Technical Requirements: Expertise in Siebel architecture, including Siebel CRM, EAI, and Siebel integration workflows, as well as strong knowledge of Oracle databases, Oracle SOA Suite, OSM, and IPAG systems.
  • General Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Siebel architecture and Oracle system integration.
