About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional Analyst to join our team. As a key player in our HRIS team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Talent Management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and be able to perform functional configuration and troubleshooting. You will work closely with users to understand their requirements for improvements and ensure that the system is running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System maintenance and support
  • Functional configuration and troubleshooting
  • Collaboration with internal IT teams and vendors
  • Incident monitoring and resolution
  • User acceptance testing

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in an IT-related field
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Must have previous experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Prior experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in technical terms and on a business level
  • Can work independently and as a team player
  • High level of customer service/end user service orientation
  • Ability to work and deliver under tight time schedules
