About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing day-to-day HR functions, and supporting both administrative and operational needs.
This includes serving as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns, and assisting in performance management processes, including coaching managers on best practices and supporting employee development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Provide guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legal requirements.
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and coordinate payroll-related HR processes.
Operations & Administrative Support:
- Work closely with leadership to support operational needs across different business functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
