Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description
At ASEES THIND INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to perform their tasks.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
