Liquor Store Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR BARON. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that our shelves are always fully stocked and that we minimize waste.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
