Automotive Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our team at Akcessia Consulting Inc.
About the JobThis is a permanent position that requires a 42.5 hour workweek with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a professional manner
- Cleaning and maintaining office, supply area, or warehouse spaces
- Performing general office duties, such as data entry and filing
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing guidance on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts
- Handling cash transactions accurately and securely
- Identifying, labeling, and cataloging received items
- Issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use
- Maintaining records on inventory control systems
- Preparing and tracking work orders
- Preparing requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- Processing incoming requisitions
- Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts, supplies, and materials
- Selling spare and replacement parts to customers
- Shipping, delivering, or picking up parts, products, or equipment as needed
- Storing items in warehouses, tool rooms, or supply areas
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office and internet skills.
Equipment and Machinery ExperiencePrior experience working with pallet lifters is an asset.
Parts SpecializationThe company specializes in various types of machinery, including agricultural, automobile, construction, motorcycle, recreation vehicle, and small engines and generators.
Security and SafetyA valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Transportation/Travel InformationThe successful candidate must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
