Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
