Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at BLACK STAR MGMT ULC. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
