Market Research Manager Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Market Research Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our market research team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market research projects that drive business decisions and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market research projects to drive business decisions and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop research strategies
  • Design and execute research projects, including developing research proposals, research plans, and methodologies
  • Deliver high-quality research insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of research projects
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging market research techniques and best practices
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in market research, preferably on the vendor or client-side
  • Advanced knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical research project specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
  • Fluency in French is desirable
