Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting our team in delivering top-notch service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Daily reconciliation of all activity related to sales reconciliation
- Manage Employee files and onboarding/offboarding documents
- Payroll administration
- Act as a bridge between the location and head office
- Assist in report preparation
- Identify and report discrepancies in reporting or procedures to the General Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset but not required
