Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JAGROAN ENTERPRISES LTD. DBA GIANS SWEET SHOP. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Team Player: Work closely with our team to achieve our goals, demonstrating flexibility and a client-focused approach.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
