- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards
- Provide training to kitchen staff on food preparation and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their development
- Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
