Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure food quality.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, as well as kitchen operations and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
