About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at S1 FOOD SERVICE INC. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy objects.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong client focus, organized, reliable, and a team player.
