About the Role:

  • This position will coordinate the development of proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
  • You will work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and leadership to gather necessary information and develop compelling proposals.
  • Maintaining and updating proposal templates, resumes, and project descriptions will be a key responsibility, as well as evaluating and improving proposal quality.
  • You will also support the creation of visual elements, such as infographics and cover pages, and manage proposal timelines, deadlines, and review schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in proposal coordination or technical writing (preferably in the engineering and/or construction sector).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with proposal management software and tools will be considered an asset.
