We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our warehouse, delivery, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Take orders and deliver coffee and related products to customers on an assigned route;
- Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading;
- Provide coverage for vacation and absences in the delivery and warehouse department;
- Support the operations team as needed;
- Maintain accurate inventory in the van;
- Ensure sufficient inventory in the van and at customer locations, rotating stock as required;
- Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment;
- Resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including housekeeping of common areas, packing, moving, and setting up of cabinets and equipment.
This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
