Job Summary

Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support the Sales Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the National Inbox, providing quality regional office sales operations support, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the National Inbox by completing various tasks, including saving documents, performing searches, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
  • Provide quality regional office sales operations support to the Regional Director and business development Relationship Managers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Relationship Managers to review business pipeline and gather documentation.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to gather documentation and ensure progress of renewal business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or related field.
  • Bilingualism in both official languages (French and English).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
