About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at River Rock Grill. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Manage financial records, including general ledgers and accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
