About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Weather On Demand. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
