HVAC Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our building automation solutions to building owners and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell our building automation solutions to building owners and decision-makers, with a focus on improving existing and new facilities to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of successful field sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or building automation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
