About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Supervisor to join our team at Florentina Foods Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize our operations.
  • Productivity and Quality: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to ensure that production targets are met.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
