Manufacturing Cell Operator/Technician Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Cell Operator/Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated equipment, performing product inspections, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate and maintain automated equipment to produce high-quality products
* Perform product inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
* Maintain accurate records of production and quality control
* Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals
**Requirements:**
* Electrical/Mechanical/Robotics training or experience
* Ability to read and understand written work instructions
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Good judgment, interpretation, and troubleshooting skills
* Familiarization with basic computer software
* Reliable and punctual
