Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Product Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assembly operations, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly Operations: Assemble components according to specific drawings and procedures, operate various manufacturing equipment, and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and performance standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct product inspections and identify quality issues or concerns related to customer products, complete documentation related to product inspections in accordance with specific procedures, and articulate technical and/or quality issues to Team Lead.
  • Problem Solving: Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice, recognize discrepancies in documentation or problems with quality, product or process, and recommend changes.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Reads, interprets, and comprehends kitting protocols, process documents, and instructions.
  • Customer Focus: Conducts product inspections and identifies quality issues or concerns related to customer products.
  • Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
