Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Cell Operator/Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing cells, performing equipment maintenance and repairs, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including automated systems and HMI controllers.
  • Perform product inspection and record keeping to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Electrical/Mechanical/Robotics training or experience.
  • Ability to read and understand written work instructions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good judgement, interpretation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Quality and safety awareness, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Familiarization with basic computer software and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
