Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and reconciling reports and requests for all caisse sectors, including Shared Services Centre reports, clearing, direct deposits and withdrawals, adjustments and monitoring of authorized transits, overdrawn accounts, inactive accounts, dividends, out-of-balance Trust, guarantee agendas, transactions related to collection items and discharges.
  • Inputting, validating, and saving various data in the system.
  • Carrying out liaison activities with relevant Desjardins components, including Shared Services Centre, AccèsD Contact Centre, Business Centre, and Student Service Centre.
  • Processing transaction notices and carrying out ensuing activities and follow-up with members and customers, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Performing search requests, organizing and producing requested information in accordance with established procedures.
  • Carrying out filing and document management activities, including purging and storage, in accordance with current practices and regulations.
  • As required, taking transactional, convenience, and informational calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre and proposing customized and sustainable solutions to ensure the satisfaction of members and customers.
  • Ensuring that activities are completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with prescribed quality standards.
  • Maintaining the security of transactions and operations in accordance with current policies, practices, and standards.

We offer a competitive salary and annual bonus, 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year, a defined benefit pension plan, group insurance, reimbursement of health and wellness expenses, and telework equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma in a related field, a minimum of two years of relevant experience, and knowledge of French. You will also need to have knowledge of all products and services aimed at caisse members and those offered by Desjardins business centres, components, and distribution networks, as well as those of competitors.
