As a coordinator, you will work closely with advisors and private bankers to provide top-notch customer service, prepare client meetings, and act as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies.
- Assist advisors or private bankers with administrative tasks related to managing clients' accounts
- Offer expert customer service, prepare client meetings, and provide information on products, procedures, and policies
- Open and maintain up-to-date client files
- Serve as an administrative link between operational departments
- Perform various administrative tasks related to business development and financial transactions
- Contribute to portfolio analyses and/or financial planning
- Stay current on financial markets
- E nsure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience
- Office administration studies, an asset
- Customer service experience
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Business Practices Handbook Course
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- The ability to work under pressure
- Autonomy, initiative, and discipline
