About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic and close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of commercial property management, a detail-oriented approach, and excellent tenant relations. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring tenants receive exceptional service, overseeing the performance of third-party contractors and in-house maintenance personnel, and conducting property inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute annual operating and capital budgets
- Conduct monthly financial variance analysis
- Oversee tenant improvement projects and appreciation events
- Ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Strong communication skills and initiative
- Comfortable with financials and business acumen
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
