Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant services, as well as manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site staff, contractors, and service providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures, building maintenance, and service contracts.
  • Ability to interpret and manage lease agreements, as well as prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
  • Proven experience in tenant relations, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance.
