**Implementation and Evaluation:** Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
**Community Health Nursing:** Provide community health nursing services to individuals, families, and groups, promoting health and well-being through education, support, and advocacy.
**Consultation and Support:** Offer consultation and support to a wide range of professionals in the community, fostering collaboration and coordination of care.
Requirements**Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
**Registration:** Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
