Job Title: Medical Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Caregiver to join our team at Chartwell Ste-Marthe residence for seniors. As a Medical Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including inventory management
  • Respond to call signals and provide assistance as needed
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move residents as needed
