Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail are required for this role.

Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
