Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise a team of kitchen staff to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure that it meets our high standards.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations and performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
