Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito The Fresh Mexican Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurants.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize profitability.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- 3-4 years of supervisory experience.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
