We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Information and Cyber Security Strategy & Operations, to join our team. As a trusted advisor to the Head of Information & Corporate Security, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives, drive alignment of cyber security plans with organizational priorities, and coordinate cross-team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Information and Cyber Security strategy
- Collaborate with the Head of Information and Corporate Security, and the leadership team to develop and maintain the Cyber Security Program and associated roadmaps
- Utilize proven Information and Cyber Security expertise to develop scalable and sustainable operational metrics, dashboards, and scorecards for Executive Leaders
- Establish, implement, and monitor annual and long-term objectives and associated KPIs/OKRs
- Create and implement internal best practices for strategy, defining effective processes for driving continuous improvement and improved performance
- Lead the group's resource management, financial planning, and budget management in partnership with HR, Finance, and Business Management
- Foster cross-department collaboration by defining and driving operational cadences while shaping and executing the group's strategic roadmap and communication strategy
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, Legal, Compliance and HR to ensure that cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in information and cybersecurity including strategy design, implementation and monitoring
- Experience providing strategic guidance to clients as part of a large consulting organization a plus
- Experience developing, communicating, and implementing cybersecurity or technology strategies
- Deep technical or operational experience in cybersecurity
- Implementation and use with mastery of goal setting frameworks like OKR, KPI management
- Experience with a variety of cybersecurity disciplines and topics including vulnerability management, access management, cloud security, risk management, security operations, frameworks (, NIST CSF), etc.
- Broad knowledge of IT related technology with specific expertise with security related technologies

- Excellent judgment and the ability to make quick decisions when working in complex situations
- Strong business acumen, forward-thinking and able to work through ambiguous requests

- Strong judgment and creativity; strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build and foster professional relationships and influence others effectively at senior management, peer, and staff levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
