Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and efficiently run.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Planning: Develop and implement effective inventory plans to ensure that our stores have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our warehouse staff are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
