At the University of Regina, we are seeking highly motivated and organized students to fill the role of Teaching Assistants in Politics & International Studies for the Fall 2024 term.

Job Summary
Teaching Assistants play a vital role in supporting the delivery of undergraduate courses by providing instructors with qualified students who can assist with various tasks, including marking assignments, exams/quizzes, and other general duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist instructors with marking assignments and exams/quizzes
  • Provide support with exam invigilation and other general duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with instructors and other students to ensure the smooth delivery of courses

Requirements
  • Must be a full-time student at the University of Regina in the term the position is offered (Fall 2024)
  • Preference will be given to fourth-year and graduate students with a good academic background relevant to Political Science and/or International Studies
  • Must be familiar with proofreading and editing, self-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
