Job Title: Corporate Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Financial Controller to join our team at BRC Group Calgary.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to the organization, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
