Job Title: Corporate Controller - Restaurant Chain

Fusion Sushi & Thai is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, and establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment:

Fusion Sushi & Thai offers a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. As a team player, you will be expected to be flexible and organized.

Benefits:
