Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from identifying staffing requirements to preparing job offers.
Main Responsibilities- Recruitment and Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post job notices, and collect and screen applicants.
- Employee Relations: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Communication: Provide information or services to employees, such as employee assistance and counselling, and notify applicants of the results of the selection process.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance.
