Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to staff and management team
* Manage contracts and schedules
* Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
* Oversee development of communication strategies
* Compile data and statistics
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
* Oversee payroll administration
* Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
* Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
* Supervise office and volunteer staff
* Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals
* Schedule events, programs and activities
* Prepare written material such as reports and briefs
Requirements:
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Team player with excellent time management skills
