**Job Summary**

As a Supervision Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers, counsellors, and the school office with administrative tasks, using both computerized and manual systems. Your duties will vary based on the school's ongoing needs, requiring adaptability and a commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Provide administrative support to teachers, counsellors, and the school office
  2. Utilize computerized and manual systems to manage tasks and responsibilities
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 graduation, including Information Technology courses
  • Proven success in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with children and adults
  • Fluency in both English and an alternate language, both written and spoken
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**

  • St. John's Ambulance-Emergency First Aid Certificate or SOFA with CPR
  • Keyboarding skills
  • Post-secondary courses in Child Development
