At Danier, we're on the hunt for a talented Retail Sales Associate/Key Holder to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our stores, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Greet and assist customers with their wardrobe purchases while showcasing your extensive product knowledge and fashion expertise.
  • Deliver personalized service to create a seamless shopping experience and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to maintain brand standards and create visually appealing store displays.
  • Ensure a safe and clean shopping environment by maintaining accurate inventory, receiving shipments, and adhering to daily housekeeping protocols.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, assume responsibility for safeguarding premises, counting floats, and reporting discrepancies.

Your Background:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in fashion retail, preferably with leadership responsibilities and loss prevention practices.
  • A positive attitude, optimistic outlook, and results-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and deliver engaging customer experiences.
  • Fashionable presentation, flexibility with open availability, and ability to work independently as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, retain, and apply product knowledge, as well as adapt to changing priorities and performance feedback.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing tasks with urgency.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.20, with opportunities for commission-based earnings.
  • A flexible schedule with 15-25 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
